Created for adventurous souls and destination “I do’s,” the Forever Us collection is designed to capture love in its most authentic form. Whether you’re exchanging vows on a mountaintop, along the shoreline, or in a place that feels deeply yours, this collection focuses on connection, movement, and emotion—wherever your love takes you. Coverage: 4 hours Photographer: 1 professional photographer Locations: Up to 2 Outfit Changes: Up to 2 Photos: 250+ professionally edited images Rate applies to Midwest destinations within Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Travel outside of these states may require additional fees and custom pricing.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To officially reserve your wedding date, a $300 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required at the time of booking. This payment secures your date and is applied toward your total collection balance. Once received, your date is confirmed and we’ll begin planning your photography experience together. Payment Policy The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day, unless otherwise stated in your contract or invoice. Payments can be made online through a secure invoice link. Images and galleries will not be released until the full balance has been received. Cancellation Policy The $300 retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date exclusively. In the event of cancellation, payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at the photographer’s discretion, depending on notice and date proximity. Rescheduling Policy If your wedding date changes, please notify me as soon as possible. Your retainer may be transferred to a new date within 12 months, pending availability. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work together to find the best solution for your celebration. Turnaround Time A sneak peek will be shared within two weeks, and your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of your wedding date.
