Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To officially reserve your Quinceañera date, a $500 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required at the time of booking. This payment secures your date on my calendar and is applied toward your total collection balance. Once received, your session and event date are fully confirmed. Payment Policy The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, unless otherwise stated in your contract or invoice. Payments can be made online through a secure invoice link. Final galleries and prints will be delivered once the full balance is received. Cancellation Policy The $500 retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date exclusively. If your event is canceled, payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at the photographer’s discretion, depending on the notice and date proximity. Rescheduling Policy If your celebration date changes, please notify me as soon as possible. Your retainer may be transferred to a new date within 12 months, pending availability. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new plans. Turnaround Time A sneak peek will be shared within one week, and your full gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of your event date.
